I work with women who have spent their whole lives caring for others at the expense of themselves. Women who are tired of people pleasing and ready to finally prioritize something long overdue: their own well-being.

Therapy with me offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where we explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. Together we’ll process what’s weighing on you, make sense of your patterns and create a path forward. Through our work you’ll gain insight, new tools, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Allowing you to move toward a more fulfilling life that feels more calm, connected and confident.

  1. Reach Out

    Take the first step by scheduling a free 15 minute phone consultation Here.

  2. Connect

    Our consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping for in therapy and see if we are a good fit. I’ll ask you to share a bit about yourself and also answer any questions you may have. 

  3. Begin Therapy

    In our first session we will review what led you here and what you are hoping for in our work together. We will continue this process throughout our first few sessions meeting weekly to establish a connection and get clear on your goals.

 You don’t have to stay stuck in anxiety, self doubt, or relationships that leave you feeling unseen.

You deserve the same care and compassion you give to others.
